Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions of KDLANDROVERS Limited, we recommend you read and understand the terms prior to submitting an order with us. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with KDLANDROVERS Limited therefore binding you to the terms below.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, BACS & CHAPS payments.
All purchases online are processed in a strictly confidential format, through either Paypal, Stripe or our business bank account. KDLANDROVERS Ltd do not have access to any of your card details from online transactions, this information is taken through the Paypal or Stripe website. Over the telephone or in person payments can be made however no payment details are kept or held by KDLANDROVERS Ltd.

KDLANDROVERS Limited reserves the right to amend incorrectly quoted prices; we are under no obligation to sell products if the price is incorrect or an item has been superseded.
KDLANDROVERS Limited reserves the right to refuse payment details if we believe they are being used fraudulently.
Our priority is to dispatch items at the earliest opportunity; we aim to dispatch all online stock orders within 48 hours of receiving full receipt of funds for the goods. Sometimes due to the nature of our business we may be unable to despatch within the time frame give, we will advise you, the purchaser if for any reason your item cannot be shipped for this reason.
Occasionally shipping prices quoted and charged at the checkout may incur additional costs, if this is the case we will contact you to advise of the additional charge or offer a full immediate refund.
If the delivery address incurs a remote surcharge the customer may incur an additional cost.
Charges quoted are based on packages of 20 KG and under.
The company will do our upmost to keep within the advised delivery dates however these are estimates only. We will inform you if an item is out of stock. Scottish Highlands/Europe/Rest of the World customers please contact us in advance for a carriage quotes for faster shipping times.
KDLANDROVERS Limited takes no responsibility for parcels left at the purchasers’ request “in a safe place” these are exempt from insurance cover.
Delays due to circumstances outside the control of the KDLANDROVERS Limited shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel an order or to refuse to accept delivery.
The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods.
Free delivery excludes collection only parts.
KDLANDROVERS Limited is not responsible for any customs charges incurred, these are the customers responsibility.
Goods damaged in transit must be recorded in writing upon receipt of the goods. We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged goods if the carrier’s proof of delivery has a signature for being received in good condition. We advise you check carefully.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be cancelled up to the time of dispatch from us, if an order has already been dispatched the purchaser must return the goods once received ensuring they are packaged to avoid damage. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods to KDLANDROVERS Limited providing all goods are received back in the same condition they were dispatched in. If you require a different item than the one originally purchased an exchange may be processed and the cost difference and any additional carriage paid by the purchaser. Please contact us to discuss this further. Goods must be returned to us at your cost. Postage will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or exchange of goods.
KDLANDROVERS Ltd reserves the right to remove any material submitted by you to public areas without notice. All images used on the website are owned by and for the sole use of KDLANDROVERS Ltd; any unauthorised use of images will result legal action.
Events outside KDLANDROVERS Limited control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, will be considered force majeure, meaning that KDLANDROVERS Limited is released from KDLANDROVERS Limited obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Customer service and full satisfaction is of high importance to us, if you feel you have not received the highest customer service possible we would like to hear about it so we can make every effort to rectify the problem and prevent it from happening again.
